Exercises of Faith

The myriad of diet pills, prepackaged meals, or newest exercise video promising to help you lose that extra fat - we've heard it all.  Everyone is obsessed with what they eat, how much to exercise, or how many points something may be worth.  Are you among those counting calories or wishing for a miracle pill that will make you look fabulous?

I noticed it immediately after eating out my first time while visiting Canada. I had encountered the same scenario in New England.

Romans 5:2
(excerpt from Morning Meditations by Martin Wiles)

Romans 5:2 Through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. (NIV)
