Our spiritual heavenly Father has given All His chosen children gifts to and for the body and church of Jesus Christ:

And He Wants All His anointed gifts supported, Not just the Pastors, Bishops, and Founders.

All I know is to give and share God's biblical truth with His people: There is no one formula or definitive test that can tell us exactly what our spiritual gifts are, other than God Himself. The Holy Spirit distributes the gifts as He determines ( 1 Corinthians 12:1-30). A common problem for Christians is the temptation to get so caught up in our spiritual gift that we only seek to serve God in the area in which we feel we have been gifted. That is not how the spiritual gifts work. God calls us to obediently serve Him in all things. He will equip us with whatever gift or gifts we need to accomplish the task He has called us to, and the Lord said, those of us who serve in ministry must be supported and respected from the toes up to the head.

Identifying our spiritual giftedness can be accomplished in various ways. Spiritual gift tests or inventories, while not to be fully relied upon, can definitely help us understand where our gifting might be. Confirmation from others also gives light to our spiritual giftedness. Other people who see us serving the Lord can often identify a spiritual gift in use that we might take for granted or not recognize. Prayer is also important. The one person who knows exactly how we are spiritually gifted is the gift-giver Himself God The Spiritual Father of us ALL...And the Holy Spirit. We can ask God to show us how we are gifted in order to better use our spiritual gifts for His glory. So many of the Lord's anointed Ministers and Gifted Servants are being cheated by Church members and Pastors, Bishops and Founders of Ministries.

Yes, God calls some to be teachers and gives them the gift of teaching. God calls some to be servants and blesses them with the gift of help and many other gifts. However, specifically knowing our spiritual gift does not excuse us from serving God in areas outside our gifting. Is it beneficial to know what spiritual gift(s) God has given us.! Of course, it is. Is it wrong to focus so much on spiritual gifts that we miss other opportunities to serve Jesus Christ and His Church members First! Yes. If we are dedicated to being used by God, He will equip us with the spiritual gifts we need to serve for His glory and praise. Church please know this, while you throw your money at the Pastors, Bishops and Founders feet, this is out of biblical order, read and study Acts, It is the Apostles that set spiritual leadership in Christ Jesus Church and they made sure every member in the Lord's Hold Of Faith got their needs taken care of, and Christ Jesus Himself built His Church on the foundation of His Apostles and Prophets, Himself The Chief Apostle and Head Cornerstone. Most of your churches are built by men and women who are Not called or chosen by the Lord Jesus Christ, the others are out of biblical order. Period and Amen.
